B19-162: Allen Chapel AME Senior Residential Rental Project Property Tax Exemption Clarification Act of 2011 would amend Chapter 46 of Title 47 to clarify that portions of Lots 0038, 0923 and 0924, Square 5370 were consolidated into Lot 0218, Square 5370, and would clarify tha tAllen Chapel African Methodist Church, Inc. will convey the real property located at Lot 0218, Square 5370 to Alabama Ave. Affordable Housing L.P. and the tax exemption associated will remain with the property as long as the property is used for affordable housing purposes.

B19-443: Elizabeth Ministry, Inc. Affordable Housing Interactive Real Property Tax Relief Act of 2011 would amend Chapter 46 of Title 47 to exempt from taxation certain property owned by The Elizabeth Ministry, Inc., which is to be used to provide affordable housing for teen mothers in foster care or homelss, and to provide equitable real property tax relief for The Elizabeth Ministry, Inc.

B19-741: Parkside Parcel E and J Mixed-Income Apartments Tax Abatement Act of 2012 would amend Chapter 46 of Title 47 of the District of Columbia Official Code to abate the imposition of taxes on certain real property known as the Parkside Parcel E and J Mixed-Income Apartment.

B19-747: Technology Sector Enhancement Act of 2012 would amend Title 47 of the District of Columbia Code to allow an income tax exemption for all Qualified High Technology Companies located in the District of Columbia , and to modify the tax rate for capital gain from the sale of an investment in a Qualified High Technology Company.

B19-764: Downtown BID Amendment would amend the Business Improvement Districts Act of 1996 to revise the rates of the assessments in the Downtown BID.
